These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between knx8 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing our services through the knx8.biz website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions were originally prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

General Terms and Conditions

Knx8 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and other gaming services. The following general terms apply to all members:

• Registration on this platform is permitted for personal use only.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be confiscated.
• Knx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Amended terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

Account Registration

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed after registration and before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed without completed KYC.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on the knx8 platform. Registration and participation by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

If it is later verified that a member registered while under the age of 18:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• All funds in the account will be forfeited.
• Any winnings will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• A wagering requirement of typically 10x–30x must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (varies by offer).

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Knx8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse is suspected.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must make a valid deposit.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on knx8. These apply to both Sports Betting and casino games.

• A maximum bet limit is set for each match or event, which varies depending on the game or event.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once an event has started.
• Knx8 will not be liable for any disputes arising from network delays during live betting.
• Bets accepted due to a technical error may be voided and the stake refunded.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error will be considered void.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts will result in all bets being voided.

Knx8 takes a firm stance against match-fixing and any other unlawful activity. If a member's betting pattern appears suspicious, an investigation will be launched and the account may be suspended if necessary.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the knx8 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Registering with the intent to abuse bonuses (bonus hunting).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using another member's login credentials or attempting to hack an account.
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities.
• Harassing other users or staff on the platform.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

Account Closure & Suspension

Knx8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Common grounds include the following:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of suspicious betting activity or fraud.
• Refusing to complete KYC verification.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 12 months).

Members may also request to close their own account at any time. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, a temporary break option is also available — for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months — during which logging in will not be possible.

Permanent account closure requests will be processed by the support team within 48 hours. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure (bonus balance excluded).

• When loss occurs as a result of the user disclosing their own account information.
• When service is disrupted due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of any dispute, knx8's decision shall be considered final. However, all customer complaints will be taken seriously, reviewed thoroughly, and responded to within 72 hours.

Policy on Changes to Terms

Knx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via a notice on the website and through their registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect. Members may close their account during this period if they wish.
